The beds were at first I thought were gonna be uncomfortable, because it felt it like it was a rock. After I got into it it's was pretty comfortable, I didn't wake up once. The pillow was amazing, I wanted to take them with me. The room has everything you need.

We only got a couple hours sleep and were very disappointed with our stay. Walk pass front desk and that's when we were told it was closed until further notice. The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool! If it wasn't to late to find a different hotel we would have asked for a refund and check into a different hotel!! Trying to explain to a crying 5 year old that the pool is now closed was a freaking nightmare!!! And all the front desk said was "awe I'm sorry"! Never staying there again. We are also just a short drive to downtown Bismarck restaurants, shops and businesses. Breakfast wasn't very good , I checked out at 8 and it looked like they stopped making breakfast so it sucked,. Very clean room and bath. Our room was clean and quiet. Beds and pillows comfortable. Our tub was slow draining. Once the drain plug was removed, it was fine. Clean rooms, courteous staff and a great location. The pool was fantastic! Our grandchildren had a blast and it was warm enough for grandmas and grandpa. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The night crew was fantastic very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean. The air conditioner did not work and it was a very muggy and hot night we didn't sleep well, we asked for maintainence, he arrived within minutes, however he was unable to fix the problem and offered us a fan , we were discounted the tax, unacceptable!

It was noisy from the hall traffic. The rooms were not noise insulated as well as other Hotels. We could hear the noise from the Elevator all night long.
