I am always nervous when finding new dry cleaners to care for my precious clothes. My first time using Model was for a very elegant and expensive sequined gown. They did an incredible job and I was very relieved and pleased. I've have used their services for many, many years. Nice people, good locations, I have never lost a piece of clothing and cannot remember them ever missing a deadline.

The staff is very helpful and I will continue to use them. I was looking for a friendly, customer service place to take my items and I was referred to Model by my sister and I'm glad she told me about them! So friendly and fast!! Thank you for being amazing!! I took two big, bulky bed comforters there recently and they were returned to me in the time allotted, and every little stain on them was removed. I'd recommend them to anyone. They pick up and drop off anytime you need it. Prices are a little steep but, totally worth it for the quality. I appreciate the personal attention that Model gives to my orders.

With other cleaners I was bringing the shirts back for repressing. I have never had to do that with Model Cleaners. Also with other cleaners when I have dry cleaned things that were white, they would come out dingy. Not so with Model. They are always reliable! We have been loyal customers for over 5 years. They are reasonably priced, convenient and super friendly. They are reliable, professional, and have always been very quick to respond to any concerns that I have had.

Couldn't be more pleased! And if there is ever a garment problem, customer service is quick to work with me and resolve the problem! The people there are very kind and professional. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Talk about convenience. If I need special attention done to a garment, I just include a note. I am not a regular every-week depositor, but the drivers are very friendly and come in as if they are picking something up regardless.
