We had the haddock Welsh rarebit as a main and cod with squid ink pasta. Both were just Special offer. Special Rate Fabulous February. All Saints Hotel. Park Farm Hotel.

Great food, helpful and attentive staff. Caley Hall Hotel. The staff are really friendly and provide an excellent service. Didn't get to play golf on this visit because of storm Doris.

Dear Reviewer Storm Doris did cause havoc across the country, however we were very fortunate to have escaped without any major damage! The golf course therefore is in fantastic condition so we do hope you will return again to play our challenging 18 hole course! We are a family run business and enjoy welcoming the entire family, including the family dogs - I am pleased your dog enjoyed the biscuits!

We are delighted with your 5 star review and look forward to you and your family including the dog! We had a lovely spa break here. A one night stay including dinner, breakfast, 30 minute massage and 3 hours in the thermal suite. Very good value for money. The staff were generally very helpful, although there was a bit of an argument between the staff at dinner which was a little awkward. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and squeaked whenever you rolled over but our friends had no problem with theirs and we reported this on the feedback form and so it is probably being sorted.

Actually quite gutted to be writing this review after being a regular customer of Ufford for a number of years! I have visited here on too many occasions and have introduced at least people to here! Each time visiting there would be 8 of us and visit on a spa night break away to relax and spend time with family and friends!

Well this was our last stay unfortunately! The last visit from us they had messed our booking up from start to finish on arrival the spa only had 7 of us booked in so had to arrange to squeeze our extra treatment in which we was supposed to have booked in already!

They gave one of us the wrong time for the treatment which left her waiting at the waiting area for half hour before anyone came to ask what was wrong! And to be told to come back in half hour again! Resulting in losing time in the spa area! Then on checking out we was overcharged on one of our rooms for an extra person we didn't have!

There was 8 of us and the spa only had 7 booked in but the reception had 9 booked in, haven't got a clue how they worked that one out! There was not really any apology and I emailed the hotel about our complaint and didn't get a reply! This was supposed to be a birthday break which resulted in everyone being stressed and not knowing what was happening and trying to rectify their problems and mess ups!

Overall not happy and not returning thanks Ufford! Also seems to be lots of new workers here and not very empathetic. Dear Reviewer I am highly disappointed that you have now decided to post this review.

You did indeed send in an email on 6th February, which I investigated with all the staff concerned and responded directly to you on 10th February - so you did indeed get a reply, together with a free bottle of prosecco and free beauty products from our Spa Manager who stayed an extra 2 hours on the day to ensure you all were all well looked after following the scheduling issue.

Just to confirm my email response to you was as follows: Dear Ms Styles Thank you for you recent email regarding your stay here at Ufford Park last weekend although naturally I was sorry to have read the contents herein. The General Manager of the Spa is unavailable this week so I have taken the liberty to respond to you myself. I have naturally spoken to the Spa Manager, who was actually dealing with you on the day, and thus she remembers your good selves vividly.

There was indeed a problem with the scheduling, for which I apologise. I am aware that in view of this products were given as well as a bottle of Prosecco. I have also spoken with Reception with regards to the additional charges and, again, I apologise for this but I was made aware that the matter was dealt with swiftly and no extra charge was put through. I do hope that all in all you did enjoy your stay with us and hope to welcome you back to Ufford Park in the not too distant future, when I am sure we can arrange something to make up for your obvious disappointment. Have just come back after a two night break with friends.

We could not find anything to fault at all. The room was great and comfy with a balcony overlooking part of the golf course. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Dinner was good as well even though the restaurant had a party of 24 from the TVs programme flogit in the restaurant as well. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Travel feed: My husband and I enjoyed a one night stay at the Heacham Manor hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

The main part of the hotel is very pretty as you drive up and you can imagine all the wedding pictures that are taken on the tree swing. We were staying in one of the "cottages" across the car park from the main building. Our room was a good size, bright and very clean and fresh looking. There was a well stocked tea tray which could be replenished, and the bathroom was lovely with a decent walk-in shower.

We wanted a relaxing weekend and so chose to eat in the hotel restaurant, we were slightly apprehensive about it due to mixed reviews, however, we need not have worried, the food was lovely and we had great service. We could not get a table until 9pm but we were not rushed through our courses as can be a problem at some establishments. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and were able to appreciate the lovely view from the breakfast room. We hope to welcome you back to Heacham Manor very soon. Visited here for valentines night, check in was easy and quickly found our very nice room upstairs in one of the converted barns. The grounds of hotel all very nice with ducks walking around and large pond to the front. The room itself was clean well decorated and laid out nicely. We ate at restaurant on 5 course set meal which was very nice apart from a gin and tonic cleanses but did the job.

Service was great and the conservatory setting makes it quite a romantic spot. Breakfast served in same room made to order and was fantastic along with the help yourself continental selection. Walked across the golf course to the beach and up to Hunstanton which was a very nice long walk. Overall great hotel and nice location.
