The fabric was soft. The stitching was done well. The item is cute and very functional. I ordered a size medium because that's what the chart told me to order I'm a 36D which is right in the middle of the medium range on the chart. The medium is slightly large on me, so I would recommend that if you are in between sizes, then you probably should order the smaller of the two sizes.
After wearing this item several times a day for a week, it has stretched out and become slightly larger. Therefore, I recommend that if you are at all unsure about the sizing, order a size down. This product is made out of stretchy fabric and is soft. I just got my PumpEase pumping bra a couple weeks before going back to work. I read the sizing guide and reviews, and ordered a medium. The material is nice and smells like fresh laundry, not chemically at all. The slits for the cones are well reinforced, and the whole band connects in front with a long row of bra clasps with three adjustments. I loved the pumpease bra at first It's soft and comfortable, easy to use, cute design. Also, the holes for your nipples are too far apart so you have to kind stretch the fabric and pull your breast pump flanges to the proper location.
I returned this and bought a different hands free bra. This fits nicely while I sit and pump milk. It is nicely fitted and my hands are now free to do other things.

My huge boobs slightly pull it down and it would be nice to have straps to help keep it up around neck for more support. But i stay sitting while pumping so its not a deal breaker. The fabric is slightly stretchy but not too much. Im happy with it overall and recommend it if you ladies are tired of pumping and are holding your flanges in place the whole time.
