I have set it up so that once someone signs up to my mailchimp list, Klaviyo sends a discount code. I use Bulk Coupon to create codes in bulk and import them to the coupon courier app. I have a pop up on my store that gives 'new' customers a coupon code for joining our email list. When a new customer subscribes, MailChimp somehow needs to send them an individually customized newsletter with an individually customized discount code. I don't have time to create dozens of new coupon codes daily. Be sure to search 'MailChimp' in the Shopify App Store for more.
