I have purchased two original Finishing Touch Flawless Hair Removers and both worked well but now need replacement heads. They don't even fit the device and don't even move as they don't click in. They are dark in color unlike the original and those in the picture online. They have rough and sharp edges and are useless.

So, since my granddaughter only likes this razor, I ended up buying her the actual hair remover again since I cannot find the heads that fit and are truly "original" ones. I will not replace my hair remover if I cannot get heads that are correct.

Very false information on the website. Some people were lucky and did get some heads that fit but those certainly were not the ones we received. What I received were poorly made and did not fit my Flawless tool. They clearly were not a match. They arrived today and they're already back in the envelope for return.

I'm very disappointed in this product that is tagged as an Amazon Choice. It'll make me think twice before those words ever sway my decision to purchase additional products. I've made note of the seller and never again. We followed all of the return instructions, along with the attached return label. We returned two items in one package as indicated on your return instructions and dropped it off at our UPS Drop station on March 13th, Maybe Amazon is spreading out in too many areas. I am a prime member for several years and must say, I am disappointed.

If I could give these negative stars I would- They don't fit the finishing touch hair remover- not even close- they included some kind of weird adapter which was faulty and didn't work.

Well I was hoping these replacement heads would work. Thought I was careful to make sure was buying the original Finishing Touch ones. Not so sure now though because I tried both replacement heads on my device and neither one works. They seem to fit ok but once you turn it on they do not spin correctly and actually are quite painful.

Then after a little bit of use it stops like it is stuck so I take the head off and device is able to run just fine.

Guess will just buy a new shaver since I can't trust to find the right replacement heads. Its a pain in the neck to have to stop every few seconds or minutes, hunt for the cap. Both of my replacement heads have rough sharp spots and they cut up my finger when I tested them I tried the second and the same thing on the piece of paper I tried it on! Needless to say The heads fit when they are first Be honest. Fitting Systems, or individual pads, can also be layered for additional measurements.
