We booked the pocket wifi from Malaysia and collect it in Jeju. It was so easy to use and speed was great. Will definitely use it again it we are going to travel to Korea again. The router is really light and the wifi speed is fast. The batery of the router can last for more than 10 hours without off, connected to 3 mobile phones. Wifi pocket was really fantastic when going around Seoul, Gimpo and Incheon. Performance and speed was so good. But when using it in Jeju, the service did lower its expectations, but was still receiving and sending data fine, but not to its normal speed. My friend on the trip had issues with her card so she used it instead and had little to no trouble with it. Please make note of ALL the components inside the bag when you check this out- you can request for the clerk to walk you through it. We are always trying hard to communicate with our partner well and also our partner has been upgrading the Wifi Egg machine so far. Thank you again and hope you can contact us next time as well! Very convenient pickup and drop-off location at Jeju Airport. Coverage was not an issue even on the top of Mount Hallasan. Only drawback was the 1TB of data quota a day which was insufficient for me.

Please let us know next time when you come to Korea! The experience was… doubtful. The next day we got our wi-fi at airport it just stopped working. So we went to several SK Telekom offices to ask them what the problem was and everybody was saying us to go to Pine avenue building office, and it was kind of difficult to get there without navigation, had to constantly asking for the route.

But i just had to talk with him as nobody else in that office spoke English! Even had to pay the fee for the one day use… And guess what? The next day charger just broke! I was so angry and dissapointed but we decided not to go one more time at that office, and just charge wi-fi with power banks that we brought with us. The new wi-fi device worked fine, we were in Seoul and then in Busan — worked everywhere. But it had slow connection at the end of the day. I was just curious would they ask us to pay for the broken charger at the airport when we will return everything.

Easy to pick up and use. It lost charge a few times, even while hooked up to the portable charger, but I charged it for a full day and it worked perfectly and for a long time after that.
