We should have a JKB fatness challenge. I am just plain fat that is why I am struggling with fitness.
I am only 22 aswell. Why 3stone. I am wanting to lose 1stone and go down a bra size or two. I have lost a bit of weight I was 16stone in novemeber I am now between 13 and 13and a half stone so I think I have done not too bad but I am still FAT. I honestly dont have a clue how much it is individually, but I pay?

I heard of a place in Dundee called jock's Sauna. A guy that comes into my work went a few times He says it is a good work out if you like that sort of thing: The pool and sauna's good if you use it, otherwise a cooncil gym provides virtually the same equipment. Have to say that i thought it was excellent, great pool, spa's and saunas, the gym equipment was new and great to use and it was never that busy that i had to wait to get on anything, all the treads and bikes all had built in monitors so you could listen or watch whatever you wanted.
