I always loved creating with my hands and had an interest in plants and herbs and how they can benefit us.
I started making soap in my kitchen and selling it at farmers markets. As the years passed, I sold at craft shows and eventually opened a shop.
I now have three shops in the Gatlinburg, TN area and a workshop where we create all our products by hand. I have a wonderful staff who now help create and sell our wonderful products. I love living in the Smoky Mountains of TN and enjoy hiking our beautiful park when I get the chance.
I am a lover of animals and believe in helping those who have found their way into a shelter. I have a beautiful husky mix and will be adopting another dog soon to keep her company. In my spare time to relax I enjoy quilting and believe you can never have toomuch fabric! Our wonderful soaps and bath and body products are created with quality vegan oils and butters giving you a healthier choice in skin care.
We formulate and create our products in small batches using the finest coconut oil, olive oil, shea and cocoa butters, essential oils, botanicals and fine fragrance oils to create bath and body products that soothe and moisturize your skin. Our handcrafted soap is made using the cold-process method in which every step from mixing to cutting our bars is done by scratch. Lotions and creams are blended in small batches using coconut oil and avocado oil along with other vegan oils, then hand poured into bottles or jars, and hand labeled.
Everything is formulated and created in our workshop located in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, TN. Proudly handcrafted in the USA!

Dawn Dishwashing Liquid is not soap. It works great on my dishes, and mixed half and half with hydrogen peroxide makes a great stain remover for clothes. No matter what people say on Facebook! Truly all natural products — with the ingredient list to prove it. And if you are looking for all natural flea treatment, put down the blue bottle and look here. Most of our readers probably know we are dog people!
We treat our dogs like family maybe even better! If you have ever encountered us in the real world, or in the virtual world i. Facebook or twitter you probably know that Marshall, one of our rescue Dalmatians, goes with us everywhere. He is the market mascot at several of the area farmers markets and heaven forbid that we ever go to an event without him….
It seems obvious for me to say that Marshall is a dog that loves people and other dogs. Without an easy going temperament we could never take him to all the places we do. He relishes being petted by the smallest or the oldest. We are oft amazed at the number of elderly, dressed to the nines, obviously wealthy women who will sit on the ground and be wollered by Marshall. However, a couple of weeks ago we encountered a situation. An off leash dog was walking around a market. He is a fearful dog. He is a large dog. He can behave as an aggressive dog because of his fear.
If you stay alert and aware while you and your canine companion enjoy your adventures, you both will come home happier and healthy. How many times have you been in the yard and discovered that tell-tale mound filled with the nightmare that is fire ants? They are painful, destroy your yard and seem impossible to get rid of, especially without using pesticides that might harm your pets or kids. After some research, I have discovered three natural ways that will get rid of those pesky insects.
The oil will coat the ants and kill them. Boiling water — carefully pour 3 gallons of boiling water down into the mound to kill the ants. This method works best first thing in the morning or just after a rain when the ants are nearer the surface. Diatomaceous earth — A few tablespoons of food grade diatomaceous earth placed right at the entrance to the mound will kill the ants.
These are the three, most reliable methods for removing fire ants from your yard without using dangerous chemicals. Have you had success with these methods or any others? Do you have a question about living all naturally?
