When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I don't have a valid booking there. When I showed them the confirmation mail, they said that was not possible, because they would only be on HRS starting from some date in the future.
When I called the HRS customer service for some reason there was only a German number in the booking confirmation , the lady I spoke to was nice, but it resulted in nothing. We ended up in a lousy hostel 10km away from the city centre, in the middle of the forest, that was booked by our would-be hotel. For some hotels the additional services like breakfast are not easy to find.
