You don't even need to tell them because it'll pop up on their screen after you scan, though communication is still nice. After 40 minutes of arguing with them they finally figure out that the order switched to the location that I had driven by on my way to pick up my order with them. After 10 minutes of arguing with them they finally got it sorted out and gave me my food. I should not have had to waste an hour of my time over something stupid like this. Not somewhere else that I happen to drive by. Hopefully, other people are having better luck with this faulty app than I did.
