A local treat for artists of all styles, ages and interests. Found new hobbies I was not aware I was interested in and left happy. Friendly knowledgeable staff! And everything is always so nice and neat. I love Michaels! Good stock of crafting items. The cashiers are friendly. I don't think I've ever seen a rep out on the floor. Not a better place to get all your crafting needs! There is usually a sale and online coupons!
Come learn how to craft with their great instructional classes! A slightly above average Michaels location. Store is well stocked if a little under staffed. Always has good sales and whatever little nick nack you can think of but never know where to get. Very very clean and well organized store! I give 5 stars to Claire!
They always have everything I need for crafting and I love the deals they always have. Well organized, helpful staff. On the pricy side for art supplies - I wait for a sale on items I need. They have every kind a craft thing known to mankind here, but I've never been able to find any employees besides the cashiers, who have sometimes been very slow.

Clean and well staffed. Same selection as all the other locations. Wish it was open later. Plenty of parking and other shopping in the area. Sometimes the store feels understaffed but when available they know what they're doing and do it well. Service wasn't too great in the frames department, was kept being pushed to order a custom frame which is at least double the cost when a pre-made frame would fit just fine.
Boughton Rd. Staff are friendly and super quick to help. Very nice store. I have been attempting to get candle making supplies and other items and they have been out of stock for over a month. It's the place were they have a very cheap prizes.
So glad we finally have this store here in Waynesville, I can spend hours, just checking the isles up and down, again and again just in case I missed something the first time Lots of inventory, easy parking between Canadian Tire and WalMart. Bit expensive compared for value, but they have extensive choice in stuff that might to be hard to find somewhere else.
Staff often ornery, prices very high unless you have a coupon or sale , often out of the one thing I am looking to get, or despite being advertised as on sale, it's the exception to the rule. Line ups almost always at least 15 minutes long. Sadly, I usually leave angry and frustrated. It's a Michaels the workers are helpful and you'll come out with all your needs. The only reason I come to this store is because its literally across the street but I think that is about to stop and I'll drive to Hall to get what I need. Employees always look bored and disgruntled. Never greet people as they enter the building, if you ask for help they take a deep breath and sigh, and the last time I shopped there the sales girl mumbled something under her breath several times before I left, one of them being "Just F off.
This store carries a lot of craft supplies, and some cute home decor. I try to find a coupon before I shop here, or it can be a little pricey. Went for a custom framing. Employee was incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help. I'm not a big fan of Michael's but when I have to pick up arts and craftsy stuff for kids' school projects then I'll tend to go to this location.
It's not too busy and I get the help I need. Line ups to pay are always long for some reason.

If youre going to the abbotsford store, the manager Patricia is incredibly rude. Makes a mistake about a receipt, blames her workers and tells me that its not my problem. Avoid her. Excellent place to buy picture frames pre-made or custom made as well as other craft and home decor items. Offers really good discounts. Items are priced a little high, but the discounts and the quality of their products makes it really worthwhile. This store has more selection than most other craft stores that you will find, however its prices counter the great selection.
Everything is quite expensive unless you can get your hands on a coupon or two. Be sure to check the Flipped app for flyer details. You can have them scan your phone for coupons. Excellent sales too. Overpriced and difficult to find items but not alot of other choices in town for craft supplies. Michael's has a lot of neat crafting supplies. The location of this Michael's could be a little better.
This location has been here since this shopping centre has opened. Obviously we love Micheal's. Lots of crafting tools and supplies. They offer classes, as well as the app is great too use coupons while shopping. Also, Micheal's has a huge photo frame selection, as well as offers custom framing. Always good deals at Micheals, and always lots of selection. Very friendly and helpful staff who were willing to assist us with product enquiries. Excellent service! Look for coupons in the flyers! Great activities available for kids.
In general good arts and crafts options for adults and kids. Big store with huge selection of anything related to arts and crafts. Sometimes feels like there is too much inventory as aisles feel stuffed. Staff has always been super helpful. This has become one of my favourite Michaels locations in the region! It feels like they have a bigger selection of stock than other locations, although I suppose that could just be my perception since it's similar in size to some others. We ended up browsing here one night, and left after spending a fair bit of money on some great decor items we found.
The staff were all very friendly on our visit too. I love Michaels. If the style you want isn't on sale, wait a week. Good location with helpful staff. Found this location to be difficult to find parking. While looking for some things for my wedding, I had help from a fabulous gentleman, named Devin. Devin went above and beyond to help me find the perfect solution for my dilemma, and I am so grateful! Devin is an absolute gem- and I know that his customer service comes from a genuine want to help customers. Fantastic experience!!
Thank you Devin!! Michaels stores participate in a "price fixing" type of activity. Never ever shop here without a coupon. You can find coupons on their website and show them on your phone at checkout, or find them in the weekly flyer. But there's no denying their selection. It's hard to find another craft store that carries the same number of items as Michaels does. Standard Michaels. Look for coupons online first if you're buying something expensive.
Staff in here are sparse, and from my personal limited experience, not all that knowledgeable. I asked if a product was carried, told it wasn't, then found it only moment's later next to where I asked the staff member. The cash config is beyond stupid it's always slow even when more than 1 person is there! Good art supplies, but a little. Pricey at times. The paint brush variety is good. Every time I go in there the staff is very helpful, very clean store and organized.
This place carries a good selection if craft supplies, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended! Though I wish they had more of a soap making section I love it here. The staff is amazing. Peinture, tricot, dessin, lettrage, etc. This store has a great selection of yarn, beads, home decor, etc. Way overpriced for the quality. Crappy parking lot too. Place needs an update. On May 3rd, my wife's beloved cat of 17 years pasted away. It was a very emotional time. He was not just a pet. We did not have a peaceful place for him until the next day.
I decided to stop in for supplies to make a temporary casket. A female employee was nice enough to offer me the use a classroom to construct my project. She went above and beyond her job description. The entire team working that night was helpful and sympathetic. My wife and I would like to thank the staff at your store located at Preston Road in Plano Texas.

Don't forget the discount for teaching staff. Great selection of art supplies, however there does seem to be a bit of price gouging with certain brands. If the price seems steep, Google it. Chances are it IS sold cheaper somewhere close by, unless it's something specific like copic markers, ect.. This Michael's seems a bit messy from time to time. Also they run out of product quickly because they are one of the busier ones. Less baking supplies than others Michaels, but I usually find what I need.
Staff is nice but it seems that most of time they do not know how to help. Maybe they should know more about their supplies. Great place to shop for art supplies. Lot's of inspiration. Went to purchase a easel. They carry multiple sizes at a competitive price.
The selection of beads is always huge. I have found a few twice but I keep cking. None of the other craft stores carry them. Please Michael's order more. I know you won't regret it. This store has the nicest helpers. This lady walked me around and helped me find all the stuff I needed. Love love going in here! Always so many neat things in so many different price ranges. I only go here if it's our last option. Do not shop without looking for coupons on their website first. PlanWithMichaels is today from pm! The store close to me filled up quick so I found this location and Im happy to get in! Me and my Happy Planner will be front and center! The price difference is so much that it may be worth your money to drive to Plattsburgh. My wife loves this store. I've even picked up a few things here. It has a huge selection of decorating and craft supplies. A great asset to have nearby. I walked in and had a very friendly woman approach me right away. She showed me where everything was, and had some good basic info on the differences between products.
She even offered me a coupon for when I check out. Great experience. Michaels is the best,I go there if I am having a depressing day. The store is great for anything like birthday parties, family get together's and if u just want to have fun. I love Michael's. Such a fun place to shop. They don't have movies or golf or even aquarium animals at Michael's. They do have a lot of stuff for crafts. They even have airplane models and toys for those members of the party who like that aspect of crafts but not all aspects of crafts. Great place to shop for odds and ends, frames, arts and crafts!!
My girlfriend CAN'T get enough!! Great selection of art supplies. Always easy to find what I am looking for. I like this Michaels because I can wander for 2 hours touching things and talking to my camera and no staff will talk to me. Like zero staff. Enjoyed my shopping experience at Michaels. It helps to have coupons!! The cashier was vey pleasant,. I do love their selection but their prices are ridiculous. Even with their coupons their art supplies are still more expensive than Curry's! Did some work here. Not a crafty guy, but big with lots of cool stuff. Really nice staff. A large framed fat female employee kept following me around the store.
It was annoying and I won't be back. Pretty standard big box store. The staff is friendly but occasionally hard to find. I've rarely walked out of there empty handed. Nice store, helpful employees. Just make sure you look on their website for coupons. Very clean store with great employees. It's fun to browse through all of the interesting craft items they have. I also did custom framing here and they did an excellent job. We buy canvases for our daughter who is 7 and loves to paint currently in art class at Art des rapides.
Michaels have some great packs of canvases always on sale which is very convenient and also the amount of good quality acrylic paint. This is a great place as well for jewellery-making and look forward to register our daughters to their summer classes this year. Customer service is wonderful and always helpful, the staff never disappoints and knows where everything is located.
I get all my art framed at Michaels. The girls are so friendly and helpful. The helper was Lori, the Manager was Denise, and the help was Outstanding!

The only big craft store in town. Some items can be pricey but others are a great deal. If you want great quality, it's worth the extra cash. Great arts and crafts store! Prices are always reasonable. And the store was well stocked. The only issue is that it was quite messy. Wide selection of craft supplies at slightly inflated prices. Be sure to grab a coupon from their flier or online - can be scanned of your phone. Staff if you can find someone is not particularly helpful. Lots of nice crafty stuff.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The staff here are super friendly and they had deals on everything I wanted! I love starting my crafts here. This place has improved markedly of the last few months. The store is a bit crowded with perhaps too many shelves, which leads to awkward gaps between some being impassable due to support poles. At times there are not enough cashiers and the lines can be long.
Went to buy yarn but needed some expertise.. Was told 1 woman works mornings who knows but after 3 trips she was never there so guessed and hope my project turns out. I have a business.. Prices are a little bit on the higher end. Great staff very helpful Helped me to decide on which Christmas tree to choose. Decently well stocked. Its good for quick art supplies, but watch the coupons, it always seems like they run sales so you can't use them. As a Daycare teacher I go there often and I always find beautiful stuff for my felt board stories. Not the biggest Michaels but the staff is great and make all the difference. They are very polite and go out of their way to help you.

My big issue with Michael's in general but especially this one, is assistance is hard to find. Everything was well stocked. I didn't particularly dislike the place, but it was a little inconvenient. My brother and I visited Michaels for some fabric which we couldn't find there, so we settled for some felt, but I digress and got It was hard to find things we were looking for and ended up touring the entire store several times. I was constantly looking for a staff member to talk to that wasn't on cash, and only found 2 both of whom were busy with other customers.
This is my favorite store to come to for3 anything that has to do with arts, crafts, and just about anything to do with creativity. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have come here multiple times and each of which any staff I asked for helped was able to help me. Lots of things on the shelves, prices are kinda high, but the manager there really isn't a good person.
I had asked her to get something from their back room since they only had a display unit up front. So I took her to the unit and showed her the exact one I wanted. So she took it out, I bought it and drive home. While I was unboxing the unit, I realized that it wasn't the unit I had picked out. So before taking everything apart, I put everything back into place and took it back to her to exchange it since they were the same price.
She told me I had broken the seal and it was considered used. But the thing was that there was never a seal on the box to begin with. She said with no seal, they're losing out on money because it has to be sent back to the manufacturer. Why is that my problem when everything is pristine and I was given the wrong product? I haven't returned since Hobby Lobby opened up across the street. Confusing store. Hard to find what you need. Not a lot of staff available to help. Great customer service! The store staff always help me find what I'm looking for and explain the process behind a lot of DIY activities.

Trips here can easily get expensive, because you won't be able to stop yourself. Always find what I need here, whether it be small craft items to large canvases. I can always count on Michaels.
Great selections. Have to visit this place for great selection and service. The staff here are excellent.. And I could barely convince my wife to leave this place. Everything was her style here. The inventory is typically decent and varied. There have been a few occasions when entire sections of products have been empty hooks, however.
I've never been to any other store where one or two people ahead of you equals a "line". Michael's is a horrible overpriced mess. Pretty much everything here is way cheaper online. Great quality but insanely overpriced. Not for the thrifty DIYer. Staff are somewhat helpful although there are very few of them around and are hard to find when you need help. There are always sales or coupons, if you're going there without one of those you probably have a good chunk of disposable income. The staff there are humble folk, friendly and helpful but they never seem to know where things are so I guess 'allegedly helpful' is better suited.
Always have stock, neat kids toys and crafts, good selection of scrapbook gear. Very bad quality picture framing. The staff dont know there products now do they know what they are selling. Everything is by the computer and they say no and cant do half the features you ask for that any other frame shop offers. How do they get away with charging those prices? Oh my God! I learned my lesson.. Dont be sucker there regular prices are inflated so youre never getting a deal even after there sales!!

I called to ask if they had lockets and after a dreadful phonecall, I said thank you and she just hung up she didn't say your welcome, or anything at all, I hope you actually interview employees better next time!!
