The nachos are good. Food was cold, steak way undercooked, no one came back with refills on iced tea. Kitchen was backed up so took long for food to come out. It's just boring the restaurant needs to make changes. Always our go to dinner. The food arrived quick, quality was top notch and our server Sue was on point.
Will definitely be back! Bad service and food. Good food and excellent craft beer. Great place to dine on any occasion. Restaurant was very cold. We asked them to stop fans that were running. It was cold outside and me and my friends sat there the whole time with our coats on. Went for a family birthday celebration. We were seated fairly close to our reservation time. Food was very good. Our server was very pleasant and responsive. Although we had mixed reviews in the past with this restaurant we gave it another try.
Unfortunately this time the service was the worst yet. Once seated no server came to greet us or take our order for over 20 minutes. When we finally tried to flag down a server each one seemed to be avoiding our table. I should add that when we arrived the restaurant was not exceptionally busy. We were there for a surprise baby sprinkle. We were not rushed, and the staff was very accommodating. Good service, took care of our little and all needs.
Her picture needs to go on the wall.! Tea was perfect for us. Good food, good service, just a little too loud for conversation It was a tight fit but I think they knew we would not hear each other talk if not that close! The appetizers were so, so and our dinners were good. Steaks where tough , drink was weak. Everything else was good. I would try it again in a few months. Rock Bottom was a discovery of sorts, having thought it more brewery than restaurant, and not beer enthusiasts, we were not inclined to try it out.
What a mistake that was!
Since happening on it, it's become a favorite of ours. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed; the staff welcoming. The menu is varied; the food is delicious! Our waitress was delightful. And bottom line, we had a wonderful time! Thank you, Rock Bottom! Food and service were great! Sunday late afternoon on the side patio. Would recommend for sure! Nichole provided exceptional service. Avocado chicken sandwich was delicious.
Food was so so. Pretzel stick appetizer came with two burned pretzel sticks. Jambalaya had uncooked rice and pieces of dry chicken. Not too bad but our server barely stopped by and I finally had to talk to a manager to get my check. I wasn't even going to complain except the service was so slow and inattentive. Everything was good from the service to the food!!! We will def b back!!! The overall experience was excellent.
Small issue with my check. Meal added I did have. The meau at Rock Bottom offers alot of options to enjoy. I usually like to try something different each time we go. Have yet to be disappointed. Our server was great. It was a very nice experience!
Food was excellent, service was great! It was a little noisy for our family reunion to be able to talk and hear well but it worked ok! Had a department lunch and most of us liked their meal. Service was good and attentive but not always accurate. Amy took excellent care of us, she was friendly but professional. We were short on time and she got us served in a timely manner. My husband had the fish and chips which he said was very good high praise from a picky eater and I had the avocado chicken sandwich, it was so, so good!
It was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a restaurant. The pretzel bun was soft and tasted like it was garlic toasted, the chicken was moist and tender. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The waitstaff was very accommodating when our table light burned out. Quickly moved us to a well lit table. The food is always prepared in a unique manner, added seasonings and ingredients even on the sandwiches and burgers. The pretzel coated chicken has been consistently flavorful. Service is attentive but not intrusive.
My burger was over done and small. I guess I got the skimpy chef yet I paid the generous chef price. Food is always delicious! I would recommend the mac and chicken. Wait staff is very attentive to needs. Always asking if you want a refill. Our first server avoided our table. Asked for a new server who hit a home run She stopped by several times. Avoid this place when busy. Food delivery is slow. Birthday celebration for my mom.
Service was awesome food was great. Nice place and location. Nice almost neighborhood brew pub.

Large seating area and bar make for an enjoyable experience. We had a party of 10 and were able to do separate checks. Waitress was rude and not nice. Overall food was ok. Did not get mug club benefit on second beer.

We had a nice cozy table for our group of five. The server appeared right away and took our drink orders and kept our glasses filled throughout dinner. I never had to look for her to get another drink. The food looked good and tasted as good as it looked. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. Hostess has a great personality! Menu has great selections. We ordered the Brewery Nachoes. They were very good but not warm when they came to our table.

The cheese had already cooled and solidified. Otherwise all was great. We will be back and ask for anchors to be served warm. The first thing that lead us here was the ability to pre-reserve a table online. It was a cold Friday night, so we didn't want to have to drive around and find a place that didn't have a long wait. The restaurant was busy, but our table was ready right away, the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. It was a bit noisy since it was so busy, but we felt we could easily have a conversation at our table without having to shout at each other.
The menu is fairly small compared to other places around, but still has a decent variety. Overall a good experience for an impromptu small group get together. This was a milestone birthday for my wife. It's ok, but nothing unique or special about it. Great for a family dinner out! We really enjoyed the food and the service! We had a group 9 for dinner on a Saturday night. Very easy to make a reservation and the whole dinner experience could not have been better! Several special orders that all came out as ordered. This is our go-to place for quick dinner during the week, and sometimes on the weekend.
The service is consistently good and their beer and food are excellent. Although the resturaunt was pretty empty the service was on the slow side. You do get a lot of food. Serious about our food. This is a rock bottom. The food is not very good, sort of average corporate chain. Location is nice on fountain square with patio.
Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery in Cincinnati is located right on Fountain Square, a desirable location to say the least. If you sit on their outdoor patio you can see the Square and all the activity going on. The night we were there a free concert was being performed so we had entertainment with our dinner. While this is a chain, the menu is broad enough to appeal to almost everyone. My husband tried the beer sampler so he could taste SIX of their house beers, which he enjoyed tremendously. Even though it was a Tuesday evening the place was full and the energy level was high.
Service was good and we both left satisfied and full!
