I worked with Marc Halliday who was the most laid back salesman. He put no pressure on me and let us take our time with the car and didn't make us take him on the test drive which in my opinion is great as opposed to the salesman requiring they be on the test drive.

He didn't require we talk numbers and go over everything before letting me tes t drive the vehicle which was great. Also when negotiating a price, he was very willing to work with me and we didn't have the constant back and forth most places do. Zach the sales manager was great in explaining the final paperwork and optional extended warranties also without being pushy. Best customer service around!!!! I've been to another Mr. Tire location and the service was nothing compared to the location I used for this visit.

I will definitely recommend this particular location on Freeport Road and will also return myself! I like taking my car here for repairs because they throughly explain what needs done and why and as someone that knows nothing about car repair I appreciate that. Steve was great at helping me through the process. Best car service we've ever had. They always try to squeeze us in as soon as possible and tell us what's going on with the car and let us know the cost before they start working on it.

I just recently popped a tire and they fixed it for me on Sunday and I got it back the same day! Had a tire problem, late pm. The Store Manager, was great, as well as the staff Got me going on a tough and busy day Highly recommend this place and people. Kudo's to you all!!!! From Mike the manager, to the floor guys, the job is done right from the very beginning. Made an appointment online and showed up the day off.

Mike and Steve are really friendly and get the job done in a timely manner. They also have a lot of great deals on theIr website I would highly recommend check it out. All U have to do is ask for Steve! If you want it done right and promptly he will take good care of you. I have been dealing with him for years I trust him with all of my vehicles and so does the rest of my family. Dealt with mike magnificent person joe fixed my car rite the first time, awesome people and even better mechanics. Mike and the guys always go out of the way to be helpful, courteous and friendly.

They always remember my name which is an added bonus. I was in a pinch traveling to New York got a flat late in the day , went to mr tire they was so busy I thought oh no this will never happen but mike the manager was great and made it happen knowing I was in a jam! Thanks mike your the greatest! Mike, the person who attended and handled the flat tire problem was very knowledgeable, courteous and really polite.

I would recommend everyone to go to this place. Great car service from great people who truly care about your needs! The best customer service. I prepared my trip from Atlanta to Pittsburgh by visiting a local national chain to have the tires balanced and rotated and then an additional national chain to have an alignment done. It was an aggravating drive but I knew Mr. Michael the manager answered the phone and listened to my concerns.

It was a Friday afternoon but he assured me he could fit me in before closing. Not only did they balance the tires for a smooth ride, they alerted me why the car pulled to the right and showed me the problem with a tie rod end and a ball joint issues that both of the national chains missed and should have told me before providing the alignment. Although I was not prepared for the repair, they Completed the balance and I was on my way.

I will always recommend Mr. I had a front tire that got something in the tread and they fixed it without me having to get a new tire - especially since I just put 4 new tires on less than a month ago. It was my 1st time there and I will definitely be back. I've had all four of our family vehicles there for various service. The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Lyons had his crew fix me up ASAP and we pulled out on time. Truck ran flawless during the trip. Excellent service and an excellent staff! I always feel like family when I go see Mike Lyons!! Keep up the great work! I went in for a routine oil change also knowing full well that my check engine light was on. I was alerted about that and offered some ideas and good dialogue about what it could mean.

Tire and "his" minions wanting to tell me that they could fix it, etc; But instea d I got complete and total respect. I'll be going back there just for the fact that I was treated with the utmost respect! The Mercedes Benz dealership jipped me, did not repair my car like they said that they did, so I had my car towed to Mr. Tire on Freeport Rd and they actually fixed it inst ead of just saying that they did!!! They saved my life and my car and had me back on the road in no time!!! They are honest, friendly, timely, they get the job done and they get it done right!!! Thank you so much guys for letting me know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I can always count on you!!!!

There was a very loud noise and I was afraid to drive my car. Mike the manager was so nice he took my car and put it up and assured me it was safe to drive. He was so nice to help mr. I can't thank him enough. The people here were so nice and helpful. Mike the manager is a blessing. I had a flat tire to their expertise i had a nail in it. They could have sold me new tires but instead they fixed my flat.

I will come here more often.

Jeeze louize these folks are great. Elisha was so patient helping me understand what needed to be done. Also, free wifi, sun-filled waiting room, and somehow it doesn't smell like tires in here. Very happy with the whole experience. Mike and his team are the best. I will and have recommended friends and family to get all their automotive needs done here! I set up an appointment for next day and they accommodated my need to have 4 tires, gotten from warehouse, balanced and installed for a guaranteed pick up at 4pm for plans.

Counted on them and they delivered. Helpful and put spare tire, tire jack, etc. Nearly back where they are hidden. Last year I took my jeep to Jiffy lube in Aspinwall for a quick oil change. Jiffy lube told me I needed new brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels. I figured they were just trying to rip me off since I had them replaced less than a year before, so I took it to Mr. Tire for another opinon. They checked my jeep over and said everything was fine, in great working order and to never take my jeep to Jiffy l ube again! Today I called about my jeep being past due on inspection and they said to bring it in right away and they would take care of it.

They inspected it in about an hour and I had it back!!
