That could have been better organized. The crew, all female, were always polite and pleasant. The seats were sufficiently comfortable for the short trip to New York. A wider aisle would have been significant. Consideration for long-legged travelers would always be appreciated! These seats are beyond uncomfortable The tray table serves no purpose but to hold a drink so it would be much more practical to have a cup holder.
The flight was delayed 3 hours and then the actual boarding process took another 30 min. Everything was good. I like that They cancelled my flight. They offered no alternative other than the next open seat 48 hours later. We had exit row seat, most uncomfortable ever, video devices both broken. Will never sit in exit row again would have been better off in basic economy. No food was served due to turbulence which is uncontrollable.
My "window" seat was between windows, very uncomfortable to crane my neck over 90 degrees to see out. Should make that clear before I select it. Having some luggage crew at Dulles. We waited a long time on the tarmac to get our carryon bags. We had a short time to catch a connecting international flight. If I actually got to fly with United Airlines instead of having to purchase an additional ticket and fly with American Airlines. Zero effort in San Francisco after my first flight was delayed leaving Seattle and arriving there late and missing my connection.

AA needs to keep a lower temp and pump air through their plane First time I ever experienced this. Seat was uncomfortable but then again it was coach, not first or second class. Back hurt during flight and may consider paying to upgrade next time. I was bumped off the flight due to weight restriction and moved to a flight 6 hours later, it only took me 4 hours to rent a car and drive home. I am a lb 6ft tall male. I was not the reason for the plane being over weight, I was there before boarding took place they didn't ask and I didn't fly.
Alaska Airlines cancel my booking twice without my authorization and refused to correct and reinstate the booking. I spent hours with their customer service people going around in circles. Crew on flight was very nice. Plane has a lot of space for legs and comfortable seats. Horrible experience. The organization was a big mess - so poor that we reached the hotel only at am while we had to wake up at 4ish am to be at the airport again by 5am.
I will never arrive to this airport again. No one would help quiet the screaming 4 yr old behind us. It was the red eye.

Flight was delayed twice before boarding without any reason given - I was only looking at the information on the app. Had to sit on runway before departing for quite a while. Too late to download app once on plane so stuck for hours without entertainment on a long flight. They wanted to charge for most everything.
First class was not as good as economy on other airlines. I have no idea why anyone would select United on purpose. I know I will not pick them again The boarding process was unorganized and confusing. The set up at the gate was bad as well. The fight was fine. It arrived to late for me to get it before the ship left. Their customer service is horrible!!! They continually lied about where my luggage was.

I would say that they did compliment us with a very nice hotel so i apologize for the bad review i understand u cant do anything about the weather but was amazed with the hotel. Airbus seats comfortable but not the same on the Boeing The flight was full. A passenger behind me actually threw my overhead luggage at me and said he was entitled to space in the overhead. I only had that one bag and I too was entitled to that space and I was there first. I then replaced my bag up. Attendant did nothing. Leaving on time, the flight attendants were nice and the seats on the plane were spacious.
I'm disappointed that my carry-on has been charged like a suitcase, that has stolen time to reach my booked house in the city. MY seat was broken and couldnt recline which made it very hard to sleep for me.
The crew at Alaska is top tier! They are always the friendliest, on the phone or in person. I was stuck in the Seattle snow storm and they were so helpful with flight changes. Take off got delayed not in Alaska Airlines' control though , but all in all a very pleasant flight. Choices of food could have been better, including not running out of items on a 5 hour flight.
The individual checking folks in at RDU was extremely positive even after the flight had been delayed for hours. The flight crew was very positive as well. The plane had just been cleaned so smelled strange on arrival. It would have been better had we not been delayed for hour after hour, then delayed to get to a gate even once we landed.
