Our famous Lomo, strips of quality beef stir fried in a vinegar soy reduction, and flambed with red onions and tomatoes, served on a bed of crispy French fries and white rice. Eggs, green onions, and aromas of ginger, hoisin and sesame oil. Strips of steak stir fried with noodles, bell peppers, onion, tomato, scallion and finished with a sweetened soy glase.
The original medallions of beef seared then braised in a cilantro and garlic reduction, Peruvian beans and white rice. A seafood style paella, Scallops, shrimp, mussels and calamari stir fried with a white wine, garlic, saffron, red pepper infused rice. Filet of Mahi Mahi poached in aji panca and house made seafood broth, tomatoes, onions, garlic and white rice. Fresh Calamari, Scallops, Shrimp and Mussels sauteed in wine, garlic, onion and imported Peruvian chilie cream reduction, served over a bed of Tacu Tacu rice cake. The famous Papa a la Huancaina sauce served with Fettuccini noodles and topped with our famous Stir fry, Lomo Saltado.

Grilled Mahi mahi on a bed of garlic mashed yucca, finished with a red wine, aji panca reduction.
