There was a bedroom with a queen bed, and a room divider that had twins trundle, which could be totally separated on the other side.
In the living room was a queen murphy bed, which was easily taken down at night and put up during the day. I also found the couch to be very comfortable, and easily could have slept there just in case you have that extra person. All in all, very comfortable sleeping for everyone. The kitchen area had what was needed. If you like the Waterville Valley area location, this place will meet your expectations. Rooms perfect size for our 3 night stay. Thanks for your response. Superior Suite 1 sofa bed and 1 queen bed. They were condos equipped with everything I needed. The pool looked really nice but I didn't get a chance to use it since we were on the go so much. June P wrote a review. My husband and I stayed in for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. The room was not clean.

Food was mashed into the sofa and the dining table had something dripping down the sides. The bathtub left me wishing I had brought bleach with me! The cheap coffee pot not only was …. We forgot some of our luggage and that was taken care of by the staff in a very customer-friendly manner.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room furnishings were very dated. Kitchen cabinet door hinges were loose. Very dark even with all lights on. Pool has been closed for months with no notice on website. Unfortunately our pool is being renovated. Notification is received at time of reservation and in our confirmation letters that the onsite pool is closed. Luckily the Waterville Valley Freedom Pass opens the door to multiple swimming options; Corcoran Pond, White Mountain Athletic Club with an inside and outside pool to choose from and lets not forget the many trails leading to waterfalls and rivers perfect for a summer dip.
