Maybe another time. By DEB L. All ones because they did not have a car available and noone called me in advance before my arrival. Sat around for couple of hours and ended up at rent a wreck in Baltimore. They were nice! There service was great. The cars I rented worked fine and the price was good. There was a strange smell in the first car I rented but I can't complain for the price.
Renting from rent-a-reck is to much of a hassle you have to get your own insurance to rent the vehicle they never call you back in a timely manner the deposit to rent is redicoulous. So I went to budget they have insurance you can apply to a car and one flare rate for a rental and there rentals are up to date vehicles I have tryed renta a wreck several time and have never been able to rent they never answer the phone so your forced to look other place they make it to difficult to rent from them if am applying for insurance then I might as well go buy myself a car I would have to apply for insurance put the money down and then putmoney down on the rental and the deposit they require andthe money for the number of days you need it that is crazy The "wreck" I rented was actually very nice, at a price that was very affordable.
The manager is very hospitable, personable and professional. The overall team in general are very customer focused and accommodating to our needs.

This location do an excellent job in providing an excellent customer experience. I made the reservation two days ahead of the time I needed the vehicle. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle, I was told they did not have a vehicle for me. I was told because I made the reservation online the company store at Glen Burnie,Md where I designated to pickup never got the message. I made reservations for a compact car because I am a senior citizen on a fixed income that's what I could afford, They offered me a van which was way too expensive for me.
To add insult to injury they called me at 1: I reminded them of what I told themwhen I was at the store, I needed the car to go to am 11am appointment. I was cheated by rent-a-wreck. I reserved a vehicle onlineand was told they couldn't honor that price when I went to pick up the vehicle.
I was quoted I also returned the vehicle 2 days early and could not be refunded the difference although I was led to believe I would. I also was advised that national headquarters could not help me because it was a franchise.
