Usually, the staff is grumpy and has a bad habit of making you wait without acknowledging the customer's presence. I just have always found it annoying that no one has the common courtesy to say, "someone will be with you in a moment". I did write a previous comment regarding this matter. Make sure when it is time to consider someone for a promotion that he is right up there at the top. You guys are lucky to have him as was I as a very satisfied customer.
