Arrived 1. Staff could not be more helpful and courteous. Just had 4 new alloy wheels fitted at Bob Jane Newcastle. On date of fitting things changed. I arrived at the allotted time and explained why I was there. Then I asked some questions regarding tyre pressures and if the existing tyres would be fitted on the same side of the car as before. Obviously, I asked too many questions because the person serving me said that regarding tyre pressures " we just put the hose on until it stops" in other words don't tell us how to do or jobs.
Fine I won't. But the thing that most made me not want to go back to that or any other Bob Jane was that fact that when I paid, the same person did not thank me for my money or even acknowledge me. He simply slid the recent across the desk and then ignored me. I didn't expect much just "thank you" would have been fine.
On a brighter note, the actual tyre fitter was very polite and explained about what to look out for if changing a wheel he also warned me about checking the wheel nut tensions after km. The guy who took my money did none of this.

I don't think it was because it was busy because i was the only one at the counter and there were two other staff in the office at the same time. Now I am wondering how much do you have to spend to receive some simple courtesy from Bob Jane Newcastle? New Continental Tyres.
