A salesman gave us a sample of the Finish Quantum and it did a great job, we switched dishwasher detergent instead of buying a new dishwasher years ago.
Now with a new dishwasher, I decided to try the all in one, but will be returning to Quantum, it cleans dishes better and doesn't leave any residue.

I'm finding the all in 1 doesn't always remove all the food residue, and doesn't leave glassware quite as clear and shiny. I purchased these not realizing they weren't my usual finish tablets. I find it very difficult to open the wrapping, and they don't get my dishes as clean.

I had always used the powder or gel in the past and bought 3 different brands of tablets during a random midnight impulse buy. These are the last ones that I have left and I've had to rewash far more dishes with these tablets than the other 2 more expensive brands.
They are also somewhat annoyingly difficult to "open" sometimes. I hate having to unwrap the Powerball. Also, the Powerballs crumble when I go to put them in the dishwasher cup. Will not buy again. I switched brands. Oddly, this basic product works better than their premium "Max" product and since this costs considerably less I would prefer this.

I've been suspect of these powerball tabs though I don't know why. Probably just because they're relatively new and different from the years of using powder and a different brand at that. I put one in the bottom of each dishwasher load and they do a great job. I learned to do this from readling reviews and was not surprised that folks were complaining about these tabs getting stuck in the widgets made for powder.

I'm hooked. Cleans well but leaves lots of spots on glasses and leaves a white residue in the dishwasher. I don't recommend this product if you have concerns about spots on glassware.
