Do not order food from here or the location in Lake City. What a waste of 50 bucks. Still excellent hot wings as they got the recipe from the prior place, Prime Pizza. Ask for the Prime Pizza recipe hot wings. This is the only good item from there. Thank you Prime Pizza. The rest is a joke. I have given this place half a dozen chances.
Tonight my son wanted Italian, my daughter wanted the Prime wings, and I wanted neither so I got a beef gyro from Romio's. I have written reviews on this place since they took over Prime Pizza's location by DD Meats but apparently they still have two addresses for this ONE place so if you want to see the other reviews, see the 56th Ave address review. I'm sorry, but I almost puked. When I tried to pick up the gyro, it fell apart into a million pieces because there was so much water in the box that it basically melted and fell apart in my hand. I tasted the mushy meat in the gyro I think it actually boiled meatloaf with pepper in it and a bit of the tzatziki because the tomatoes, onions and lettuce in the sandwich appeared to have been boiled and the remainder of the boiling water dumped all over the pita and that's not how I prefer it.
Both the meat and tzatziki were disgusting. Unless you like dog food and salty garlicy rotten sour cream, this dish isn't for you.
My son's lasagna was cold in the middle and he said the sauce was gross. This is coming from a 7 year old. My kid eats any red sauce EVER, but this wasn't good.
I guess they need to learn how to use that microwave a little more efficiently to get their rewarmed food to the right temperature. Yeah, moral of the story I called Romio's to complain. Their response to my complaint was None of their products are the same.

That wouldn't be an issue if they were good, but they aren't. My advice is to avoid this place like the plague. Ordered a Florentine pizza. Not a shred of spinach. This was very disappointing.
Tried to call them to complain and I ant get through. The phone just rings and rings then goes to voicemail, so I have no avenue to complain. I was pleasantly surprised, considering I went in with low expectations even though I've seen some good reviews on Yelp for this place. The pizza is actually pretty good! If I had to place it somewhere among local pizza joints I've been to, so far it's in 2nd place only behind Zeek's. That's definitely a compliment.
I'm still disappointed that the old Korean owned place went away, but this seems like a good replacement. They didn't change a whole lot visually, but the menu if definitely more robust. I went for the Complete Combo, because my testing grounds for all pizza places is their "supreme" pizza. While I'm a little unsure if these are fresh or frozen ingredients maybe a mix? The price is slightly better than Sorelli as well. And really that's my only knock on Romio's Anyways, if you don't want to front the gourmet prices for something like Zeek's, then Romio's is a pretty decent alternative.
If you're on the fence, give it a go. I'd say they've got a very solid pizza here. The place is located in the same plaza as Diamond Knot and right next door to Double D's meats. The food is awesome; wings, salads, pizza, pasta and burgers! My personal favorites are the chopped salad, garlic chicken pizza and of course the hot and spicy wings I think it's their own badass recipe. It's not like a sit down restaurant, although they do have a few tables for dine in, but you order at the counter or delivery.
They always have free stuff at the counter and good customer service, food isn't always the fastest but it's top quality! Although during the day they do have slices ready. They are also getting beer and wine soon too! Did I mention to try the hot wings?!! Eaten here several times and the pizza is good. I notice that many of the reviews saying the food is bad got something other than pizza. The last delivery person was unusually personable. FYI, the new location is tiny and more a quick lunch spot than a family dinner out setting.
I also notice that some of the bad reviews are saying it's bad compared to Prime Pizza which had been in the spot before and no longer exists, which makes it not very relevant.
I have never had a problem with my pizza from here. I usually only order from here when we are too lazy to pick up from our favorite local joint but the food I have ordered from here is consistently good and fresh. Toppings are plentiful and tasty. The owner knows the area well and asks clarifying questions about location to be sure and get us our food on time. Not the most amazing pizza on earth but consistent, and that says a lot some times. I have ordered pizza from this company three different times.
However the they could care less about their customers. My third and final time ordering from them, they messed up the same pizza twice. I asked if, instead, they could just cut me a deal the next time I ordered since we order the same thing every weekend. Time for my weekly pizza order to go to someone else. I'm so disappointed in this place now.
It used to have amazing pizza's, burgers, curly fries. Now it's subpar at best, I was so excited to be moving back into the Mountlake Terrace area thinking I could now order from Prime Pizza any time I wanted, now that it's Romio's it's just terrible. This place is never open. Really disappointing they don't open until 3, yet the advertise being open at 11? Quality of pizza varies every time we order, which sucks. We only order from here when we are desperate because it's the only place close in MLT.
Food is terrible here do not even bother ordering from this place. New to the area and decided to order delivery one night food was cold and looked like it sat out for a while wings were brown and dry along with potato skins We took one look at the food and went straight in the trash. Don't waste your time ordering from this place, total waste of money. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. Seriously, hands down the best Pizza I have had in a while. From the moment the boo and I walked in we were treated like no other. If you're looking for a good upscale pizza place, this was about it in this area until the new Pagliacci opened further south on Lake City Way. We order their pizza when we want to splurge but don't want to go out. They load on the cheese and toppings.
