But the last piece was not sent by them and they told me that it has been shipped by Belgium Airmails on the 17th of November. If you order multiple items you might only get one. A while back i ordered 2 bathingsuits and they sent me an email saying they got shipped. I had totally forgotten about the name of this company so i foolishly 1 year later purchased 3 little tiny cheap nightlights and a mermaid blanket. This is a scam!!!

I ordered many products in November and only received a few of them. I also had to pay customs duty to DHL. All of the products were ordered for Christmas presents and so I had to buy more things as the Twinkledeals things did not arrive. Very disappointed and will not use this company again. Paid for DHL expedited shipping and order still hasn't arrived after 2. Website says days and now says it was shipped via another independent carrier and not DHL. Lesson learned. Never again will I order cheap Chinese crap.

I've ordered from here before and everything was fine, the product came early, and I wasn't disappointed.

I ordered in November the same product as last time, but this time my order still hasn't arrived and its now January! I've contacted CS to only receive a generic, automated message, no tracking number, no apology, no offer for a refund!

Extremely angry and frustrated! No tracking info provided, which does NOT instill confidence or trust. I could be patient if I could track this. Customer service contact page keeps crashing so CS is completely inaccessible and there's no direct contact anyway - you'd have to wait 24hrs for a response anyway, IF you can ever get the page to respond in the first place. Before buying anything from this company please be aware you are dealing with a Chinese company; 1. The sizes are mis-leading XL is probably closer to UK small.

When seeking a refund or return they say they encourage buyers to check sizing on each product before buying this is not clear and in my opinion requires you to visit a professional tailor to be measured correctly.

Any returns for any reason have to be sent to China at your cost even though they have a distribution centre in England. There is no cash refund of any sort. In the modern digital age this company is deliberately profiteering at the expense of its customers, taking money and then not helping them. Get anything wrong and you are stuck.

It's your fault so tough! The local charity shop will be getting a late Christmas gift from a hard done consumer. I will wait for their contemptuous response with frustration. I ordered a mermaid blanket on the 8th December which was never collected by their courier although Twinkledeals customer service insisted repeatedly that my item was on its way. The status of my order was never updated on their shipping partner's website. Dealing with their CS team directly didn't change anything so I raised a dispute through Paypal and I have been promised a full refund. They replied fairly promptly but only to tell me to keep waiting and only when I asked to cancel my order did they offer to check with the shipping company.

I wouldn't use them again. I ordered from the website because the delivery date was before Christmas. This delivery date was false and trying to find the shipment was difficult as well. Two days after the holiday and it's finally in Alabama. I'm in Virginia I hope the products I ordered will not have to be returned. Most likely I will not receive my money back and there will be no customer service to take my complaint. Beware to all that buys from this site. My item was not shipped and received before Christmas as their website indicates. I tried to find a phone number to call this company and their web site is a scam.

My mermaid blanket arrived today, 25 days after I ordered it. To be honest the biggest holdup was actually in my postal office, for some reason they kept the blanket for 11 days before delivering it.

Anyways, the reviews that can be found here are really discouraging and I was half expecting to be disappointed, but I'm glad to report I'm thrilled.
