So, mold is a big, big deal. If you have moisture or live in a moist area similar to the Northeast — not an area where you want to play around. As humans, we are designed to move, and again, for a lot of people it really makes a big difference. I hate yoga with the passion of a thousand suns, but when I do it, I feel so much better. I can just feel my body moving and my muscles stretching and that stiff. So find something you like and just be committed to doing it on a regular basis. And the last part of all that is about stress management. But having an outlet to be able to express that, I think is very important.
