Good place if children are self sufficient. Probably best if they can swim well as you spend most of your time out there. We walked there in 25 or so minutes. It is set back from the main road however it is a major intersection so there's a hum of motorbikes early in the morning and throughout the day, not an issue for us but worth noting if you're a very light sleeper. There is security at the front so you feel safer knowing they check who is coming and going.

There is only 7 villas anyway so they do recognise you after days. No restaurant on-site. They provide continental breakfast only toast, jam, coffee only but you are welcome to order more e. Nominate a time and staff will come to your villa in the morning to prepare breakfast for you.

We didn't take up the offer of continental breakfast as we wanted to explore eateries close by. Everything you need to cook at home - but why would you there's so much good food outside! All villas have 4 bedrooms. If you book the 1 bedroom villa, they just lock the other 3 rooms. The pool is large enough for a group of people, the depth is 1. The master bedroom is upstairs and is the largest - it has a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Although the villa is only 2. Again not an issue for us, but something to note if you're precious. There was no air con in the kitchen and living area, just two ceiling fans.

If there was air con and the cleanliness of the bathrooms was a bit better, I would probably rate it higher overall. There is a big hotel, maybe floors high, that is directly behind villas so I'm not sure if their guests can see into the pool area. We stayed in villa 6 and it was very private. Breakfast was good, although I suggest you take your own coffee it was pretty ordinary. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beautifully manicured gardens and pool area. Good location with numerous great restaurants with 10 min walk. Approx min cab ride to beach. Overall, it was perfect for us. Generally very satisfied with the villa, and would like to give additional praise and compliments to all the staff, including Security of the Villa. Villa was huge, we booked a two bedroom villa, which was two-storey, with a huge living room area.

Staff was all smiles and able to help always. Felt safe that the villa had security monitoring who is coming and leaving the villa. Given the price, we felt Destiny was a good place due to the big size. The minor con side is that due to the size, a lot of maintenance and cleaning will also be needed. In the toilets, you can see that there are some stains in corners, walls, but well acceptable. The rest of the area is generally clean, and must add that there are kitchen utensils and microwave available for use.

We stayed at Destiny villas on arrival to Bali, and returned for a couple of nights before we flew home. Both times were excellent.

They even brought our friend a birthday cake and sang happy birthday! The villas are spacious and clean and cool and the pool is great. We would recommend them highly and hope to come back soon.
