How wonderful that you even saw the bear on the train. Our train broke down midway through the trip which is understandable things I'm glad you found our staff friendly and polite. The mechanical problems were unexpected and we are so sorry for the delay.
We were rewarded however when the big black bear came out and everyone got to see him up close. You were instructed to Train ride seems a little long, but overall a nice day.
