Their 1 hour oil change took 2 hours, their oil consumption test was the biggest joke ever I was always 1 quart low, no matter what the dipstick reading was; however, I was never shown dipstick by them before or after filling and they never showed me how much they were putting in the car , and TEN MONTHS later, I still can not get a call back from Josh, the service manager.
