No bare spots. Hank's BBQ pizza is great, so i figured i'd try the hawaiian, but it was pretty bad. Love the pizza and chicken salad. Greek salad delicious too. Had it before and loved it. Just too bad we got the wrong pizza. Don't allow orders to be taken and paid for if you're going to close ten seconds after they're submitted.
My first experience with Grub Hub and Hanks. Overall experience using the app is great. Order was correct and arrived earlier than expected. Driver read my instructions to find me without any issues. Burger was good - not great, but hit the spot very well. Will try both GH and Hanks again! Pizza is delicious. Love the chicken salad. Good selection of food available. The mozzarella sticks and desserts are great! The ravioli is absolutely terrible though and so is the garlic bread, both taste awful and the garlic bread is mushy.
I called the restaurant bc the app said that the food was already delivered and to rate the food I was immediately asked to hold in which I was on hold for 10min to be told that delivery driver was sent out with 7 orders and that it would be on its way - I asked why it was running late to which they said the delivery time had nothing to do with them By the time the food was delivered it was an hour late Pizza was burnt and cold, as well as the meatballs which had lumps of cold cheese in it - also the sub sandwich, the bread was so hard that it scraped up the roof of your mouth I called GH to tell them about the food to which they said they could not refund me bc Hanks would not refund me unless I drove to them to get a refund Hanks still said no refund even with my medical restriction of not driving unless food was brought back to them, there was no offer to drive back to pick up their awful food Ordered a burger special yes, a burger from a pizza joint which was a bit pricey but that's what my gf was craving.
Got a call 30 minutes later asking me to confirm the address. At this point, I figured the delivery shouldn't be too long. But the food didn't show up till after an hour after the order was placed. In addition, there was no ketchup to go with the fries but strangely there was red chili packets. The burger was mediocre but hit the spot for a late night snack. Really disappointed. We ordered 2 pizzas and dessert. The pizza was not good. The dessert was horrible. It was small, smashed and tasted old.
