Two pools were heated, good for colder months. Bar Pool was great. Chose king suite with ocean view. Great view of beach and waves not sunset.

It was definitely a turn off. The irony of it all was that there was a microwave in the room. One of the staff members was very rude to us when we arrived but his supervisor quickly stepped up and corrected him and she offered us free breakfast.
I was very impressed. I was about to cancel the reservation and book another hotel but she won my business.
Availability
I will be using the hotel again. We and people trying to Check-In waited almost an hour to check out. Just having 3 people at that desk during that one hour would have allowed people to check out and check in much faster than waiting an hour. You can reduce the number of people to 2 at Difficult parking too.

I bought a hat at the boutique with a minor defect and asked them for a discount and they said they couldn't sell me the hat because it would look bad on the hotel to sell defective merchandise. Beware, if You need something like toothpaste toiletries , they can't accommodate things like that, you have to wait until the store opens in order to buy it. For Mexico standards the hotel was nice but the staff were horrible.
It was kind of clean The view was nice The access to the beach was nice. The check in process was horrible and took way to long. Staff were rude and not helpful The restaurant's were not good and had horrible service The beds were so hard The hotel is loud. Love the pool bar and the location to the beach. I also like the proximity to local bars and nightlife. The staff is very attentive and managers speak English. They have music next to the pool bar that is playing excellent music and they have a great happy hour by the pool. They have cabanas by the pool!! There is a separate family pool from the bar pool.
They don't allow coolers, so you can't bring in your own beer and drinks. There is only 1 elevator for the whole complex. The beds are like sleeping concrete, they are hard as hell. Our stay was pleasant, I loved it and my kids loved the pool. The only thing I didn't like is that one of the towel guys gave us a little hard time when I went to go ask for towels. It seem to me that he didn't know what he was doing. The staff was awesome! They were helpful and accommodating. Price was great for quality of stay. I'll be back! Better than resort row cuz you can walk to all the fun.
