OMG night and day! I normally take it 2x a day for a few weeks and let it build up, then i decrease to one a day for a few months. Then when i start having joint pain will go back to two. Typical old age 69 arthritis pain in knees, fingers relieved in less than 2 weeks of initial dosage. Everyone I'm sure is different, but it sure helped me relieve the pain.
