Contacted Adobe twice, over 2 hours on chat each, with no resolution to the problem. Transferred 3x on the second chat with people that had no clue what was going on and kept having to explain the situation over and over. Case was 'escalated' and couldn't use my products for over a week.
Finally contacted by Adobe via email about the case which said to try to re-enter the code, which I'd been doing all along, and of course it still didn't work. Only way to tell them that the case was not resolved was to start another chat or call them and stay on hold for hours. Got a refund from Amazon.
