It's a must visit try a day Bring a good friend and have a great girl time. I am the luckiest spa owner in the world because I get to meet the most interesting guests in the world!

Thank you for your generous praise. We can't wait to see you again! I been to fancier spas, but this one was just fine. Well maintained. Large, with lots of options. I enjoyed the small pool and hot tub area, and had a massage and facial. The staff was friendly and capable.
Be prepared that it IS unisex. That would be a selling point for some, as you can enjoy the facilities with everyone. I was fine with it, but it took me by surprise as I was sitting there barely covered in my robe and a guy walked by. Maybe as part of their welcome, the staff could point out "And these areas are all for both men AND women. Fortunately for me, they were kind enough to offer me a glass. Don't forget to bring some for yourself! Hope this helps you!
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your day with us. We do try to make sure every guest knows to bring a swimsuit to our couple friendly spa but a reminder during the spa tour is probably a very good idea too! Our guests are usually happy to share a glass with one another, as we are a pretty friendly place.
You can bring your own bottle next time and pay it forward!
Great yoga and massage - Spa Lamar
We came here the day after our Ragnar Relay race and let me tell you, it was the best dollars spent for our experience. We did the yoga, massage and lunch special. Highly recommend as you have use of everything in the spa including sauna, steam and heated pool outside. We enjoyed a nice lunch outside by the pool courtesy of Jason's Deli. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is not looking to break the bank but get a great experience.
