Called Saturday at 1: No one answered, finally called Enterprise's number, a bit concerned no one was answering, and they told me that location closed at noon. Had to re-book with Alamo at a higher rate. When I rescheduled to a Saturday pick up they should have told me that they closed at noon, especially since I had a 2: Car not available when we arrived Pros: That there was no car as reserved.
The process was fast and easy. I was so surprised that Enterprise is not like that. I will definitely use them again! The drop off location at nashville airport was difficult to find and the people working did not communicate well and were not very pleasant. Everything went very smoothly and the customer service was excellent.

Frustrating Avis experience, took my business elsewhere Cons: The Avis pick up location did not have a car for me even though I had a reservation. I was told to go to the airport. I spent money and time on transportation to the airport. I canceled the order and ended up renting from another company at the airport. My pick up time was noon - they were closed!! They closed at noon so I'm not sure why they gave me that pick up time.

Nice gentleman reminded me about the gas surcharge and asked if I'd like to take the vehicle to be filled up before the crazy fuel charge is charged. We've never been to Nashville and don't know our way around. When we booked a rental vehicle, the reservation said it was on Church street 'on airport' location. Once we arrived at the airport we were told Church street was downtown Nashville and we would have to take a taxi there. We ended up cancelling the reservation. Very misleading for tourists and extremely disappointing. The staff at pickup did not give me all the information that I needed.

Staff at airport was very helpful. Had me in and out in just a few minutes. I don't understand why there was this large a discrepancy. It would seem that since they had all the information pickup, drop off and amount of time used they could be a bit more exact on cost.
