Stephen, one of the owners, has been wonderful with our dog every time we've been. He knows how to calm her down while trimming her nails.
The waiting area is clean and has plenty of room for other dogs to sit while waiting for a bay to open when it's busy. The staff even cleans out every bay after each dog, which is a plus. Everything you need is included: Variety of shampoos, brushes, wipes eyes, ears, plaque , towels, along with the water and dryer of course. High quality, low cost! I am going to be a loyal patron. We have taken our Australian Shepard and our Corgi here twice and just took our foster puppy Great Dane in after picking him up. We have never waited more than 30 minutes for a tub to open up. They have a wide selection of products for you to use and the set up is perfect for any size dog. I found out about this place from yelp as I was searching for an easy way to groom my dogs. Since we are couch surfing right now, I don't want them to be smelling gross. The day I wanted to go was Tuesday but they are closed Tuesday so we decided on today since we drove out of town yesterday for the rest of our suitcases.
We walked in around 1pm and I guess that is a popular time since all 5 tubs were being used.
We the dogs mainly were greeted by a gentleman who walked out and left my husband and I wondering what to do. Finally a girl asked us what we needed. I asked about anal glands and nails which they can do both and were told to sign in and have a seat. It was a good minute wait and I knew the tubs were to get sanitized between dogs from reading other reviews. So we waited and finally they started to get clean. I went first and right after my husband with our second dog. Both are short hair and it doesn't take long to bathe them.
No one came around to check on nails or glands so we finished up and checked out. You pay when you are finished and it goes by weight of the dog. This is a good place for an in between grooming sessions but I think Iwill stick with finding a groomer to go to. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken on a brief but thorough tour for my first visit.
Nice variety of quality dog food and treats. The facility was very clean and the layout is spacious. I was expecting it have the typical groomer shop odor Definitely would recommend and plan to shop here. I'd taken my puppy here to get her first cut and nails trimmed and the lady did a horrible horrible job! Even hurt my poor pooch and supposedly she had 25 years experience! Smh lost my business. I will also no longer buy my food here. I love this place and the staff is super friendly.
I typically only come for nail trims and dog wash they do offer grooming services but I've never used it. The establishment is very clean and for it to be a dog wash it definitely has no smell.
They clean each tub before next customer can use it. One added benefit they listen to their customers my older dog is a fighter when it comes to clipping his nails but as long as he is able to see me he stays calm. So they accommodate me to make sure he can look into my eyes when they trim his nails. They also have a section where you can but pet food and supplies. Staff is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. I called ahead with questions and was met with excellent friendly service over the phone. And in person, the staff was equally as nice.
They even recalled who I was from calling in that morning. The facilities is well-maintained, sanitary, and efficient. They've made a long term customer of me, and I definitely will be recommending them to other dog owners. Absolutely love this place. I have an 80 lbs. Doberman so a not a whole lot of hair but enough that bathing him in the only bathtub in my one bedroom apartment is a challenge and a mess. This place is convenient, easy, always clean and reasonably priced.

As I was about to pull away, the gentleman who had been helping me who I'm assuming is one of the "two brothers" based on his knowledge level ran out to the parking lot to stop me to let me know he had noticed there was a drop of blood where my dog was sitting while I was paying.
My dog had recently had a minor veterinary procedure that caused the blood drop but I found it really above and beyond to run out to stop me and let me know. Really let's me know they genuinely care about your dog. They will definitely have me repeat business. My dog has anxiety and they have absolutely wonderful with her! All grooming appointments are one dog at a time which I love. I couldn't be happier with their services! I love this place! We currently live in an apartment and this place makes it so much easier to keep the dogs smelling good without all the dog hair in the bath tub!
Took my puppy here for her first haircut and needless to say we will be taking her here from now on. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about what type of cut was best for the breed and age of the dog. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely nice and approachable.
The store is spacious, clean, and have an attached store next door. One of the greatest places I have discovered! I have a 95lb German Shepherd that won't get in my bathtub. I was wondering how am I gonna give him a bath then I found this great service that made my chore simple. My dog walked the ramp and got right in, hooked him up and bath time was on.
Nothing has been more easy. Great service and awesome products. You can't go wrong here. This place was awesome!!! Right when I walked in I got a warm welcome. We we're explained how everything works and then the employee played with my dog just to make her comfortable and helped with getting her into the tub, making it look easy. Everyone here was helpful and very nice, you can really tell they are animal lovers here. The wash includes shampoo, brushes, teeth wipes, ear wipes, eye wipes and a dryer afterwards.
Also there is dog perfume at the desk For free use!! Customer service was great, staff was great me and my Luna will be back!!!!!!! I have 2 fur babies and taking them here is so quick and convenient. They also have punch cards guys! Locally owned place you can take your pups to get pampered without breaking the banks. I have a very hairy little monster, and I don't trust just anyone with her. These guys and gals have a different approach to grooming. They set appointments and allocate one hour to each dog. There is no rushing.

I believe that cuts down on abuse, which is rampant in most other places. Although I prefer to groom her myself, I drive all the way over here to use their self serve bath, so that they can do her nails. Her nail tips are very smooth, and she accepts their holding and trimming her, without struggling and whining. Don't trust anyone who tells you that the owner being nearby is a problem. Those are what you call abusers. If you haven't tried TwoBrothers DogWash you are missing out.
The staff is amazing-- friendly and great with the dogs. Prices are on point. No dog hair in your drain, no chasing your dog around the yard, no letting them outside to dry only to have them find the only patch of dirt within miles. Tubs are raised so you're not bending over, multiple shampoo choices, brushes, wipes, dryer, doggy cologne. They cut nails if you need it and my dog didn't need 3 people holding him down for that, just one guy accomplished the task easily if you know my dog you know that's significant.
