Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and everything in Quincy we need to get to. Front desk is very friendly, and checkin was fast and easy. Rooms are updated and very clean. Thank you for the great review. We are always happy to hear that a guest considers us to be a newer hotel as we are in our 10th year of operations.
We love staying at the Holiday Inn and this one was no different. The front staff were very nice and friendly. The entire hotel was clean and so was our room. Lots of parking and it's located in an area with lots of restaurants. Thank you for the great review and for highlighting many of our great features!!! Great breakfast, great rooms and great service. It is a very short drive and much less expensive. The service in the restaurant was spot-on.

Thank you for the very nice review. We appreciate your business and would love to have you stay with us again! The hotel has a nice look to it and my room was big. At first glance the room, the room was pretty clean and the bathroom was updated. Then I started finding bugs in the morning in the bathroom and then in the general room area.

I understand why most hotel rooms have dark carpeting, to hide the dirt and bugs. It's a overall nice hotel, just ask for the rooms without bugs. I am so very sorry for the issues you had at our property. A parking lot security light mounted on the wall outside your room drew beetles to in in the evening and they had access. This issue was remedied as soon as you brought it to our attention and we checked all our other rooms the same day. So I thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
I trust that the offerings we made to make up for this were acceptable.
Holiday inn's are nice hotels, and this one is no exception. They not only met but exceeeded my ecpectations.
The room was big and the bed was comfortable. I had used points to pay for the room, and the front desk staff was very helpful. Definately worth the money to stay here. Thank you for the great endorsement of our property! So happy that our property worked well for your needs.
