We arrived at 11 and left at 6! Myself my wife and son went to fort Lucan and loved the place. Lots of staff who are all friendly.

Fort Lucan is an adventure playground in County Dublin, where they aim to provide a fun day out for all the family. Staff were lovely, great supervision.
Plenty to do for the kids and my son had a great time. We had to drag him away from the place after 5 hours Have been here a few times over the years kids always have fun, which is the main thing, but I feel they are very expensive. The charge for adults is an absolute rip off Spent a full day from opening at 12noon to closing at 6pm with a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old and they had lots of fun.

The decor looks like there has been very little investment over the past few years. The wood looks like it has not been painted in 5 years and the changing huts are in bad repair.

You have to buy extra tokens at the ice cream hut. On hot days, there are long queues there.
It is very frustration to queue for 20 minutes to get a token to then go and queue again for the ride itself. Great day out, only sorry that I didnt bring a picnic as the food was chips and pizza and nuggets and over priced. Staff were lovely, great supervision. Our kids age 2 and 6 did not enjoy. Playground was excellent but watersides were for children only where they slid down in an inflatable.
Was a bit dangerous for a 6 year old without a parent with them unless you could trust them to hold on, would be better for adventurous over 7 year olds.
