I like the environment but i hate the pay. They choose favorites at pieology and pay me unfairly when I work around 40 hours ever two weeks and im one of the hardest workers they have. Great environment and great boss, I hate the pay. Energetic, good for part-time, not for weak.

The company itself has a lot of potential. It definitely has values that seemingly look great on paper and shared as a hype but it's up to the management and proper training and full accountability to where it keep it consistent. If your crew or a shift leader it's an easy job anything else above that politics and certain things can either break you emotionally and hurt you in your career.

I only recommend this job for team members and shift leaders anybody else going above before district manager position it's a starting point. Fast pace work environment with an amazing quote wall. What i learn working in Pieology was how to properly handle costumers and how to work with food in a safe and sanitary manner. The current management does not know how to keep store in order or how to scheduled crew members evenly.
The hardest part is the stress in not having enough staff to accomplish your daily duties. The best part about working in Pieology was the different people and seeing how each person creates there pizza.
Active and exciting work environment. Pieology is full of people who enjoy making pizzas and having a good laugh. Even the managers enjoy cracking jokes whenever they can.

There is always something to do and plenty of people to serve with a smile. Working at pieology was a hardworking environment as well as having a great job experience. I would prep food, take orders, etc. I left due to me needing to be focused on school during my senior year at the moment and would recommend pieology for a hardworking, learning experience.

While working a shift, my job was to be a team member by being loyal to the customers for their pizza to be created by either me or another team member. During or after the shift we all work together to close up shop by cleaning and handling the supplies to be stored away until the next scheduled day to start. Fast-paced, great management, great first job to have. Working here is great for a first job, as you pick up valuable skills needed for later jobs; such as adapting to various paces, constantly organizing your station, multi-tasking, and communicating efficiently with the guests and coworkers.
