On ringing the dealership, the car is there but having pre-checks. Tusker advise that they are now waiting to check my paperwork, I have been advised during my last 3 calls that all paperwork is complete?
Then delivery can take working days! I am at the point where I am wondering if I will ever see this car? I feel that the accounts I have been provided with have been inconsistent and communication has been poor, up to this point this has been a stressful ordering experience.
Tusker have been very helpful when I have needed their help. They are efficient and it is a shame some of the garages they use do not have the same ethos. I have been with Tusker now for approximately 9 years and have always found them great! Would highly recommend them to anyone. Reasonably good experience with Tusker. Any problems where fixed at reasonable time and servicing was well executed. Would have got another lease if it wasn't for a change in job.
