Very clean and best to a movie place if you want to catch a movie as well! Always make a point to visit Royal Scoop at least twice on our visits to Naples! The line is out the door but it moves quickly and it is worth the wait!
We have a 2nd home on Bonita Beach and visit every month. No trip is complete without at least one trip to the Scoop.
As far as ice cream goes, we have not had a flavor that hasn't been delicious. We always order the mini scoop which if filled by one of the managers, is always a generous scoop and a half. If you get one of the kids, its' barely a full scoop. We have pointed this out numerous times even within the same order there is inconsistency but they don't do anything about it. They also have not figured out a good system for taking orders, paying and handing out orders.
They cram it all within the same 20 ft of a very large store that most of it has a bunch of junky Beanie Babies and candy that you would never know they had since you don't see it until you are done. Such a great concept with their homemade flavors, but the Bonita store in particular could probably do twice as much business with a redesign on the store layout and eliminating all of the extra junky items that I'm sure is just there for kids to pester their parents to buy.
