If you're in the area again, please join us for another meal! I consider this the perfect Utah comfort type food. It is fattening, buttery and carbs. No healthy options to brag about outside of a few salads. Thank you for taking the time to share your rating and feedback with us. You're right, our menu full of flavor. However, we have quite a few options with our salads and new fish options. A new menu was introduced this morning. Again, thank you! We hope you'll join us for lunch or dinner again soon.
I want to like this restaurant, but every time I choose to visit, the service is not up to par at all. It feels like there are too many customers and not enough staff to serve them. The last time I was there, the server made so many mistakes on our lunch order. They had to come back time and time again to get things right and in the end, we all just sort of gave up and let it be.
Cleanliness of the restaurant is also an issue. I don't think I will be back.. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Archibald's Restaurant. As general manager, I appreciate feedback so that we can continually improve our services. I can see we fell short from your expectations. Very frustrating experience. How is this place still open?? Skip this place! Often fail to check order instructions and food arrives not as ordered. It's okay. Honestly I couldn't find my favorite local place for a breakfast burrito so this was a random choice. Great cheesesteak! Order arrived quickly and everything was hot. We have bacon
I usually order the Frisco burger I should have stayed with that. I went for the carne asada burrito and it was meh.. The fries were good but greasy.. My food was cold I had to hear my fries up in the oven before I could eat them. Our 1st time ordering from Archibald's.

We are looking forward to going there and eating "in person". I don't eat "red meat" very often, glad I did it from Archibald's. Fast, orders correct and reasonably priced. Missing the water that was ordered and condiments that were ordered on the side was missing.
Archibald’s Is More Than Just Burgers and Fries.
A wad of plastic was inside my burger, and I almost choked on it! I ordered the Carne Asada breakfast burrito. The burrito was fresh, not greasy, and the ingredients were perfectly proportioned. The best was I requested no salt and the special order was accommodated. I got the vrggie burger and some fries. Veggie burger - horrible, mushy and undercooked veggie patty, the fries were good, I also got a lemonade. But they brought me a coke, the guy who delivered it was nice, went back and got me a lemonade, but it would have been nice to have it while I was eating Very good.
Enjoyed food. Pastrami sandwich is very good! Food was decent. Good prices and variety. The driver called me upon delivery with a confusing conversation. The food was great!
