Working at Al's was by far some of my favorite years of my life. The staff is amazing and helpful if you ever run into issues. The customers are great majority of the time as well. Al's is a huge family environment.
You'd be fortunate to work there. No thank you. I will never work there again.

There is too much back-biting and drama. Worst Job I ever had. The managers here are unprofessional, lazy, and seem to have little interest in doing their job. Never back up their employees nor take employees' view into consideration. There is a language barrier to cross and if you couldn't you weren't shown respect.
Huge favoritism. The owner pays his employees minimum wage and does not promote or give raises. Great first job for people in high school because you rarely have to do much work. This place was a joke.
