We went for an Early Easter dinner and it was delicious! Noticed they had done some nice added remodeling improvements as well!
Service was good all around. There was a non stopping crying child. Had to ask waitress to have client take her kid outside. The Sunday easter brunch was outstanding, We enjoyed it immensly. I had a group of four people dining here to use a TravelZoo 5-course meal deal I had purchased. All in all, we had a good evening. The only things I could complain about were the service was a little slow we ended up being there for close to 3 hours and the live music, although good quality, was too loud and my group had trouble conversing.
Didn't get a chance to look at the wine list, but we did share a bottle of the house Cab. Not bad for a house wine. Request Claudio as your waiter!!!! This was our first visit to this restaurant. We had seen varying reviews, but we found the service friendly, attentive and efficient.

The decor was pleasant and the food was excellent. For our taste, the music was far too loud. We took refuge on the patio which has effective heaters for cooler evenings and is quieter. This is certainly a place we will return. We've been there 3 times and travel an hour to get there. The wait staff is always great and the food is delicious and presented well. We enjoy the band and dancing! Consistently good food at a fair price! Brios is my favorite restruant in Dana Point!
I have many favorite dishes here. I really enjoyed the special Brios advertised for the Five Course Special! This was perfect We enjoyed the everything!!! I realize it was valentine's day but they were completely overwhelmed. I felt really bad for the hostess! This little girl was up there trying to keep the chaos in order but it was clear, after we waited 30 minutes past out reservation time, that they were totally understaffed and over-booked!
Probably won't be going back there again. We were there for Valentines day and we had a great time, the live music was great, not a lot of room to dance, though. The only thing we did not like was that there was a larger group close to us and they were too loud giving speeches. And the lighting was a little weird, my husband thought that all of a sudden I had tinted my teeth black So not really romantic lighting!!!!

We were given great service and good food. Interesting blend of families and music entertainment. Singer was terrific and enjoyable. The starter and salad were nothing to write home about however, The soup, ravioli, and main dishes were amazing. I recommend the Swordfish.
