I have asked the OP to place a warning on his review and this offer so people don't get sucked in.

Sorry I was not clear, my order was with Gear Best for silver if that matters and that was their response. Seems to me the same story is being repeated across a lot of suppliers perhaps too cosy with a supplier that cannot deliver? While I appreciate the benefits of a Linux or android based Baytrail media player, I am fairly locked into a Windows environment and this device ticked most of the boxes.
