Salads, grilled and flatbread sandwiches, turkey and veggie burgers. They were crunchy and nasty. I was so appalled that I tried to talk to one of the workers at Johnny Rockets about the quality of the burgers. I ask him if they were all supposed to be burnt and he replied, "Yes, because we cook them fast. I advise everyone to stay away from Johnny Rockets.

Don't let their cute commericals, which they play on all their flat screens while you are waiting in line for the Dark Knight fool you. I also stopped at the customer service desk before we left the park and told the customer service reps what happened. They had me fill out a form, writing out my complaint. They did not offer to refund any of my money for the disgusting burgers or give me any coupons.

What kind of customer service is this? The food is overpriced and dried out. Stay away from the food vendors in the park if you can, get your hand stamped for reentry , leave the park and eat at a more reputable local restaurant instead. We did bring our lunch in a cooler, which we ate in the parking lot on picnic tables. You can't bring your own food into the park, but you can eat it in the parking lot on the designated picnic tables, which are quite nice. Another option would be to pack lunch and dinner in a cooler.

Whatever you do, don't waste your money on their disgusting food. They don't care about your experience or if you are happy with the food.

They treat you like cattle in a line and are all about serving massive numbers with low quality old food. We visited Great America on July We had a good time but a few problems too. The locker was so small I needed 2 of them for our family of 4. Not only are the lockers expensive but very inconvenient. You have to key in an access code at a kiosk. There was a line to key in the code almost everytime I wanted to get into the locker. If you are going to visit the waterpark I would suggest you just go straight there and store you stuff for free on one of the 2, beach chairs. The waterpark is not convenient as you have to walk halfway into the park to get to the waterpark entrance.

In 1 hour we had to get out of the wave pool so scheduled maintenance and scheduled safety check.

Also no information on how long this would last. It was a cool day and very unpleasant to keep getting out of the water. I knew we couldnt go on any rides in our suits but was shocked they wouldnt let us walk to get our dry clothes. They actually made me put wet swim shirts back on my kids even though they were freezing.

They wouldnt even accept my 6 yr old in a towel with a hole for his head. No arm holes so therefore unacceptable to walk through the park to get our clothes from our locker. I understand they have rules but really a little common sense would be appreciated. There is info on this on the website but nothing at the entrance or exit from the waterpark says anything about this. We are talking 2 young boys with no shirts and a 9 yr old girl in a whole piece suit-no half naked teenagers!!

We did have a good time but we were not happy with the lack of information provided to us. Also the prices for food is obscene. On several rides you exit the ride through a store or arcade.

So go and have fun but be prepared. This is a complete waste of money and false advertising. The genius who came up with these "pagers" did not make them water proof, and are good on 2 water rides. Real relaxing rides those were! The people who purchased the regular and mid-level upgrades for much less money were on the same rides we were, in the same amount of wait time. They also will tell you that you get "deals" on meals, etc. The only benefit to this pass is that you can ride 2 times in a row, which I had no desire to do.

We did not get to ride 5 of the rides due to the huge pain in the neck locker situation. Not only do you have to store your bag, etc. I complained to the "locker attendant" who told me to go to the customer service area for a refund which was PACKED out the door with people complaining about their rip offs, too.

After a ton of walking back and forth and waiting, I never got my refund. The park is difficult to navigate, as the signs are ambiguous and do not point you in the direction of the actual rides. Nowhere did the water park state that it closed at 7pm. Don't waste your time! If you do go, get the cheap tickets and go to the water park. I am forwarding this to the park and we will see if I get any reimbursement. First, it's going to be expensive.
