I have never had an issue with Tony's Screws Have you contacted them with this issue and given them the chance to resolve this? As for the self tapping screws It is in your best interest to get rid of those self tapping screws right now. They will quickly back out of the plastic. I looked quite a while and the only person I found that sells self tapping button heads with a hex is axial. There are plenty out there that are phillips head though.
