Reasonable prices. Worst customer service I have seen in a very long time. My family ordered a Pizza this evening at 7: Two hours for a simple pizza? We went ahead with the order thinking well, seems long but it is a holiday so ok It is now I have made four phone calls to customer service and each time was told that I would receive a return call from the Friendswood Locations manager. No call How busy can they be at Family all gone to bed and not so much a courtesy call to advise us to make other arrangements for food. I hope the owner's of this franchise are aware of what poor service this store manager and its Corporate Customer service department are providing.
There are plenty of Pizza choices out there with a better product and superior service Most horrible experience ever. Third time here, first was opening week and attributed mess ups on getting kinks worked out, second visit good, this visit horrible. Ordered pizza online and finally got cold pizza an hour later although promised to be ready in twenty minutes. They told me that my second pizza was "skipped" and "this happens a lot". Although they supposedly voided the sale, I never got a receipt or void receipt.
They initially gave me another customer's receipt. Both older women behind the counter were rude and threw my pizza on the counter when it was ready.
