With 16" of isle space an eastern crew member tried to push a airline wheelchair down the crowded isle.
Treating paying passengers as llivestock. Plane was over four hours late to depart! United did keep me up-dated but the reason for the delays kept changing! Boarding was very smooth and the crew were helpful, efficient, and polite. There was a good assortment of entertainment. I ordered the beef tenderloin, medium. It came out extremely rare and I had already eaten some by the time I realized; the entire plate was filled with blood.
I ended up sick to my stomach for the remainder of the flight. Average height to tall individuals do not fit well laying down in the seats.
Flight attendant was on phone rather than greeting customers as we deplaned. Alaska Airlines cancel my booking twice without my authorization and refused to correct and reinstate the booking. I spent hours with their customer service people going around in circles. Boarding is always a pleasure out of Provo, with no security wait and a pleasant crew.
The plane we took was a newer model, and is similar to many Fronteir and economy Delta planes. Unfortunately that means that even a short one-hour flight leaves pains. Either way it would have been wonderful to have a free cup of water.
Sat for de-icing for about 20 minutes before takeoff. Efficient, direct flight, outstanding price, quick boarding, left late but arrived on time. I did not try food or entertainment on this flight.
Being stranded for 6 hours in the airport for no weather reason, with no compensation. Thin plastic shells packed tightly together. But hey- its cheap! Flights are delayed often, what looked like a brand spanking new plane had the most uncomfortable seats ever, felt like sitting on wood in the exit row. You get what you pay for though. If you want anything to eat or drink during the flight, you have to pay for it.
The experience would be much better if those things were complementary, as they are with most airlines. Seats on plan were horribly uncomfortable. Food to the point of a scam expensive. Including seeing glasses gone. Rest of luggage was soaking wet like they left it laying outside in the rain.
The flight landed 5 hours later than scheduled which is completely unacceptable. Everything is extra, even water or soda. Seats are narrow so glad im not a heavier person. American needs to recognize that people in Miami are savage animals and don't have manners, which is relevant to getting off the plane. They come running up from the back and clog the aisles instead of letting people off row by row like the rest of the country does.
Still on plane an hour after arrival waiting for a bus to take us to terminal. We are supposed to have a good experience as a costumer. Not my fault the crew might be tired or having a bad day. Airbus seats comfortable but not the same on the Boeing United wanted to reroute my entire flight flying coach even though I paid for business. They refused to give me a seat from sfo to lax. Also, they refused to reimburse me for the difference in the two l velsnof service.
There were a few bumps. Would be nice to use points for seat upgrades.
The captain was very good, and we arrived early to our destination. We had to hold back before landing, due to smaller planes landing, so the captain pointed out some areas along our path! The flight was smooth. We had to be in the boarding area an hour before the flight was scheduled to leave.
However, because of the way that the flights are scheduled, people were still deplaning from the previous flight for 25 minutes after our gate arrival time. Aircraft looks brand new and it had ton of entertainment videos, games, tv etc. Why did you remove T-Mobile!?? It was the best, bring it back. The crew was very attentive. One of those little pillows that some airlines provide would have been appreciated as I need a bit more back support.
