We ended up getting there 25 minutes early and within 10 minutes was seated. It was a very entertaining, friendly and very accommodating environment. I picture this place as a special occasion destination. My feeling and opinion on this visit We had a blast and will be going back. Best experience we love it there the chef was awesome food is awesome best place to eat.
We are regular customers; always enjoy the entertainment and excellent food. This time we went to lunch. Our server was nice, but very scatter-brained. Not intentional--just scatterbrained. The cook was good--but somewhat inappropriate with his jokes at times. Just need to know his audience and to keep it clean and fun.
Otherwise, the food was excellent as always. We have gone times and this was the best experience ever!! Our entertainment was provided by William and I will be sure to request him in the future and tell all my friends to get him if they can!!! Love this place. So much better than Benihana. The restaurant dirty. I mean if you look in any corner there is leftover food from who knows when. It took thirty minutes to get our drinks and the servers reason was that they needed to wash cups.
My reservation was at 5pm, how were they not ready for a dinner rush will clean dishes. Our server was nowhere to be seen. Have never had a bad experience! We love this restaurant, we always come here to celebrate special occasions! Very kid friendly and staff is always friendly and the service is excellent! We love this place and come often. The food is always delicious and the service is wonderful.
Ask for Will. He's our favorite cook. Fujiyama never lets us down but this time our waitress was not good. She messed up our drink orders to start with and was slow in even bringing us water. She made a mistake on one of our families bills, she almost forgot we wanted the birthday experience and so we were ready to leave and then they sang the birthday song. Our cook did not have much personality and so the cooking experience was dull. The table next to us was entertained by their chef, we were not.
My kids loved it! Good show, and great food. Plenty of menu options, and it was a great time for everyone. The food was delicious with generous portions but what made the meal and entire evening special was William the chef. William is a very talented hibachi chef who obviously enjoys his profession and customers. The multi coarse meal was prepared perfectly all why William preformed his magic with knives, spatulas and food items. It was my dates birthday and I earned big points for taking her to Fujiyama's.
Wonderful food, as always. Our chef, Will, was so much fun. Entertaining and prepared everything perfectly.

Our chef was awesome. Food was very good. Gabriel, our server was a bit TOO into being "gay and fabulous". He also forgot to refill my friend's iced tea all 3 times it was requested. Then he complained about being given two tables during a busy time and that his co-workers better not complain about having to help him. Reservations made 2 days in advance and called day of but they were still were 46 minutes late seating us. They sat multiple parties before us and a large party of 12 who all had reservations after us. Service was attentive, food was amazing as usual. Food was good but the cost was not worth it. No show or anything like other times I have been there.
Typical hibachi steakhouse fare with huge portions. Cant wait to go back again. Reservation at 6: Was informed "short of cooks" and were seated to at least order drinks and look over menu. She did not know what a Bacardi and Coke was. She asked if we wanted to add any shots into the coke and juice. She was very slow. So we then had to start over once they sat new people and filled the table again.
The table was dirty and had food all over it where I was sitting. Even the waitress thought it was disgusting. Dinner was delicious, but the wait time to get seated was pretty bad, and our server was not very good. The chef kept having to remind her of things, like she never brought our salads so we got those halfway through entrees, and she didn't refill drinks.
The chef was really good, didn't do as many tricks as some, but she cooked the food perfectly. Good show, good food and friendly staff. Would recommend and will return. Service was very slow. Food was not cooked all the way. Rice was barely warm and chef miles never cleaned the grill so we got chard bits of food with our meal.

This time, for my son's 22nd bday, we arrived 20mins early than our reserved time and they wont seat us. They seated walk ins with the same or more people than us. I asked why and they said we arrived early. I told them they could have cancelled my reservation and seated us and someone came and said those people had reservation.

We looked at other table and they had double portions with what he had for the same order. I love the place but if it keeps going on then we might have to find a new place. Definitely on my list of go to places. Our chef was more concerned with what was going on around us than cooking our food. He messed up two of our parties order and didnt cook our steak the way we requested. Our experience at Fujiyama has always been excellent. We so enjoy the food and the ability to interact with the one cooking the food. Two birthdays, but the service was awful!
Our waiter was very slow and never checked on us and we sat for over half an hour after we finished eating waiting for 4 birthdays at our table and our checks.
