High turn over rate, poor management. Management did not care about the people or employees, they where only after numbers. If you had a problem, or needed some help, no one would help.

Too many employees in a small office. Good pay with great benefits but its not really worth it when have to do 7 weeks of training and having a small chance of someone working with you to get you the schedule you need. Training is either really early in the morning 6 a. Can really affect you especially if you have to take the bus. The day was monotonous but only if you let it be.

Lots of overtime option when available, tough critical management, but if you mind your own, they'll leave you alone. Different cliques and crews, so you really didn't mix, but it paid the bills for awhile. Didn't learn much it was a fast paced second phone call, but the industry died down and we lost most of our business to the smart phone industry.
