I thought maybe the iPad was defective at the connection where the charger goes into. I decided to take it to the Apple Store for them to tell me what's wrong and what my options were right than dealing with the seller. I decided since I didn't want to deal with the return of the what looks like a new iPad just because of the charging cable I bought a new cable because the iPad was out of warranty. I then called Amazon customer support and they were actually able to give me a gift card for the price of what I paid for the new charger at the Apple Store.

I'll preface this by saying that if anyone can completely destroy and demolish a toy it would be my 5 year old son. Full throttle all day every day!!! With that said and as I knock on wood, his iPad mini has stayed in one piece for coming up on one year and I know I have this case to thank for that. He has given this case every reason to be defeated, but it's holding strong. The only thing I don't like about it is that the stand is hard to pull out, but that is a minor detail to him since he doesn't use that feature often enough to care. Don't waste your money on an expensive case.

After two weeks of use, the screen started to freeze. I reset it and it seemed to fix the problem. Two weeks later, it got stuck on her Facebook screen and this time, it wouldn't turn off. So, we drained the battery let it die , returned it, and got an exchange from a different seller We bought this to FaceTime and message with our kids and grandbabies. It works great and has been such a blessing to have! I am excited to also use this for reading books and much more.
The mini size is so amazing and it fits perfectly in my purse. I also like that it is not too big and heavy. This makes it so much easier for me to carry around when I am showing people things on FaceTime. I am extremely happy with and love my new mini iPad! After opening and charging, noticed the charger only works in certain positions. So I start to investigate and look at things See the pictures and see where I started and attempted to remove the homemade label. So these scam artists put an old iPad in a box then plastic sealed the box and are selling it as "brand new, factory sealed"!
I've reported them to Amazon and the BBB. I shattered the screen of my iPod Touch 4G, probably a year ago. I dropped it on a tile surface. Aw, snap. I'm happy to have found a fair deal on Amazon for this Mini 2. The processor chip is much more current, and the screen resolution is the same. I do everything I used to do with my iPod Touch 4G on this Mini 2, but the screen size and capabilities are so much better.
RIP iPod Touch. I bought this because I had a bunch of apps that I didn't want to lose. With that aside, I was surprised at how well this 2-year-old device surpassed my expectations. The battery life is excellent 10 hours while running, new and it is a much better value than the iPad Mini 4 currently. The newest iPad's battery life is much shorter than this one's is. The newer one has the fingerprint security feature, and a newer processor, but if you want to save money and have something that is comparable, pick this one until they release the iPad Mini 5 next year.

The best iPad mini deals for January It didn't have one of Apple's vaunted Retina displays and it's far less powerful than the latest models. We have no complaints in the software department but do remember that at Apple will at some point stop its software support for the mini 2.
